I have such a love/hate relationship with Morning pages. I see the benefit later but not like my normal writing which is why I find them so confounding! I stare off and I think partly it is my mindset — I either want to be brilliant or to write something that leads me to a breakthrough. I have to remember those are rare moments! We are all in this together and I am happy we are! We just have to keep writing.
