A writing prompt for Friday
Set the timer for 5 minutes and….GO!
Most people think of BACK at this point in the year and think “back to school.” I am back to school but have been for almost a month now.
I am thinking about the routines and practices I have to get back into since I have gone back to a different work schedule.
I need to get back to running. I ran yesterday morning and plan to run again tomorrow.
I need to get back to my 6 hour window of intermittent fasting.
I need to remember I am in the place that I am supposed to be and I do not have to get back to anywhere.
I am excited to get back to writing a month of short stories with my writing friends in the month of September.
I need to look back occasionally so I do not forget where I am come from. I am always striving to be better but have to remember where I have been so I can compare to my own experience.
