#FMF Again

A weekly word to get you thinking…and writing

Every week I write for 5 minutes with the Friday word. It is time to set the timer and write!

Here we are again — it is Friday again and also the start of the new school year. As an educator, I have the privilege of having fresh starts to my years in January and in August. One of the best parts of the new school year is all the school supplies! It is a time to begin again with new refreshed goals and reflections.

This year I have to start over again a little more robustly. I am beginning the year with a new job and two new staffs. I am already seeing before school starts Monday that I need to get my calendar under control or nothing is going to happen! I already have a to-do list that is pretty long for Monday and Tuesday.

With new students and teachers to work with I will get to read favorite books aloud AGAIN and savor them in a whole new way. Some of them I even found during the moving of offices last week.

Again, I will start with a regular routine and commute which means my podcast schedule will go back to normal. I hope this means that The Next Right Thing Podcast is starting soon with new episodes after a summer hiatus. I must re-establish my Bradbury Trio schedule for myself too.
